We try our best to ship Catalog orders out within the week that the order is placed. However, please give a few extra days around Holidays as we have a small team who does the picking and packing of orders.

• Orders are carefully packed and shipped within 5 business days.

• Our team is small, so during busy seasons (like holidays or campaigns), processing may take a little longer — thank you for your patience!

🔍 Tracking & Delivery

• You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email as soon as your order ships.

• Delivery times depend on the carrier, but most orders arrive within 1-3 days once shipped.

• Pickup at the Salina Distribution Center or other coordinated pickup/delivery option are always an option and a great way to save the network on shipping! Please leave a note when placing your order or contact the Purchasing Director if you would like to coordinate a pickup order.
