At CrossPoint Church, your satisfaction matters — and every purchase supports our mission. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, we’re here to make it right!

However, we do not accept returns or exchanges that are not related to a damaged or incorrect products. All sales are final upon the placement of your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Please contact us at store@crosspointchurch.com within 3 days of receiving your order if your item is damaged or incorrect.

  • Include your order number and a photo of the item so we can quickly assist you.


How We Handle Replacements

  • We will arrange for a replacement to be shipped to you if you receive the incorrect item or your item arrives damaged.
